Nonfiction

Projects eligible for submission include Narrative/Creative Non-fiction, Expository Non-fiction, and Persuasive Non-fiction.

Narrative/Creative Non-fiction includes: memoir, narrative histories and personal essays. Work should not be more than 7,500 words and must be submitted in as .docx, in Times New Roman 12 sized font.
Expository Non-fiction includes: research papers, instructional pieces (recipes, how-tos), journalism/reports and interviews. Work should not be more than 7,500 words and must be submitted in as .docx, in Times New Roman 12 sized font.
Persuasive Non-fiction includes: critical essays, reviews and opinion pieces. Work should be no more than 7,500 words and must be submitted in .docx, in Times New Roman 12 sized font.
