Leah Lederman

Leah Lederman is a writer and director currently working as a teaching fellow
with the Octavia Project. Her film, Antithesis, which analyzes gender roles in
America, has been part of the Museum of the Moving Image Teen Film Festival.
She has received her second President's Volunteer Service Award and Girl Scout
Gold Award for working towards acknowledging and addressing the large
disparity in women and girls in film. Leah is a fourth generation Holocaust
survivor and uses her great-grandparents' story to inspire much of her life.
